BEDMAS
Task Description
Today I did work on BEDMAS. BEDMAS is a different type of maths that is very complicated.
Who dunnit?
in room 4 we are trying to solve a crime. Someone broke in to try and steal something, but they were scared off. They were so scared they ran straight into a window!
When we arrived at the scene we found bloody clothing next to the window. We looked at the cloth under the microscope so we know it is real blood.
We looked at the CCTV footage and found four suspects who were in the area at the time.

DNA
Today we learnt about DNA
6/11/19
6/11/19
DNA chromosomes,genes,related?
We are made in cells
There are trillions of them
They are small
DNA has bases ACGT
A always join with t
Gene=chapter
Coden=word (3)
2 genes=chromosomes
chromosomes=book
All chromosomes/dna=series of books

inquiry
Today in room 4 we were looking at cheek cells. We wanted to see what our cells would look like under
the microscope.
the microscope.
Hypothesis
We will see some of the organelle in our cheek cell
Equipment
Lolly pop stick
Slide
Sodium Chloride
Methylene Blue (stain)
Method
First we put the lolly pop stick inside of our mouth and rubbed our cheek.
Then we wiped the lolly pop stick on the slide
Next we added a drop of sodium chloride on top of the slide
Finally we added a drop of maethylene blue to stain the water blue.
This meant that our slides were ready to go under the microscope.
Why did we need to dye the liquid slide blue? so you can see the cheek cell in the side of your mouth Z
Observation
I saw little circles with purple thingy i dont no what that is called
